Easy to read Catering Menu

Our catering menu all on one page for easy viewing. Our Menu is broken up into 2 easy ways to order. 1. By the person- Take all of the stress out of getting it right and leave that to us. 2 By the pan... We offer "Half" or "Full" Hotel pans for service sizes. To give you an idea a "Full" sized hotel pan will hold approximately 4.5 Gallons of liquid. Please feel free to call us with any questions

Catering Meats and Salads Half and Full Pans

All of our meats will come in either a half or full pan. All meats must meet a minimum weight requirement. The suggested person count is the same portions we use within the restaurant. We are generous. Please note the Sauces and Dressings are not included in this price. Should you want dressings or Sauces please go to the Sauces section to order. Our Catering menu is broken down to give you two ways to order. 1. Order by the pan. This way you can have more or less of anything you might want. All of our pans come in half or full Hotel pan sizes. To give you an idea of the size the Full pan can hold 4.5 Gallons of liquid. 2. The second way to order is by the person. This will take all stress out of your hands and we will take on that responsibility
